- Our vision is to see the society whereby gender equality is ensured so that girls and women enjoy equal opportunity in the social and economic development of the country.

What We Do
Our Programs
1. Empowerment and Education
Girls’ Education Enhancement Program: This program is designed to address the challenges that hinder girls’ access to education. Through tailored interventions, we provide girls with academic support, mentorship, and life skills training.
Gender-Sensitive Curriculum Development: In partnership with educational institutions, our program seeks to transform traditional curricula into gender-sensitive ones.
2. Gender Equality and Women’s Rights
Women’s Leadership Empowerment: Through workshops and training, we empower women to enhance their leadership skills and self-esteem.
Gender Mainstreaming Across Projects: Our commitment to gender equality extends throughout all our initiatives.
3. Prevention of Harmful Practices and GBV:
Community Awareness and Mobilization: Through community-based campaigns, we raise awareness about harmful practices such as early marriage, female genital mutilation, and abduction.
Girls’ Safety and Empowerment Clubs: These clubs provide a secure space for girls to discuss gender-based violence, self-defense, and their rights.
4. Reproductive Health and Inclusivity
Reproductive Health Education: Through workshops and educational sessions, we provide comprehensive information on reproductive health and family planning.
Disability Inclusive Education: In collaboration with schools, we work towards creating inclusive learning environments for children with disabilities.
5. Youth Development and Leadership
Youth Empowerment Workshops: Our workshops focus on imparting life skills, leadership development, and career guidance to young girls and boys.
Youth Internship and Mentorship Program: Through internships, we provide young girls with exposure to various professional fields.
6. Knowledge Management and Resource Mobilization
Documentation and Learning Workshops: We prioritize effective documentation of our achievements, experiences, and lessons learned.
Resource Mobilization Strategy: To ensure the sustainability of our programs, we’ve developed a comprehensive resource mobilization strategy.
